Ingredients

  • finely-chopped smoked portabellas
  • minced cilantro
  • minced garlic
  • minced anchovy
  • minced jalapeno
  • crushed toasted pecans
  • lemon juice/zest
  • olive oil
  • pinch of cumin
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Spread this on toasted baguette crisps. Watch people freak out.
